1. Initial Assessment
The journey begins with an in-depth initial assessment meeting where one of our senior engineers works with you to define the coverage requirements. We review the related components, technologies involved and the necessary skills to put your mind at ease.
We’ll take our understanding of your particular risk and provide an implementation schedule that matches with your requirements and aligns with the availability of your critical resource
-
2. The Team
Incleon operates in a tiered resource model. Based on our findings in the initial assessment we will introduce you to a primary technical resource as well as two additional team members to ensure that we always have a trained resource familiar with your particular environment available.
This primary resource will be your point of contact throughout our partnership and will be accountable for keeping our team up to speed on your changing environment.
-
3. Knowledge Transfer
Typically we will schedule 10 -12 hours of knowledge transfer sessions in the first month with your key resource, based on their availability. In these sessions we’ll examine source code, system operation, documentation and gain an understanding of operating and deployment processes. We’ll ask lots of questions and paint as complete a picture as possible of the technical scope.
Based on your security requirements we will establish access to a sandbox environment where we can expand our understanding of your critical system safely.
-
4. Knowledge Integration
Once the initial knowledge transfer is completed we employ a dedicated, private Large Language Model (LLM) and Graph Neural Network (GNN) to ingest and organize the wealth of knowledge from source code, documentation and procedures. We view these technologies as vital tools that augment, the skills, creativity, and experience of our Incleon team.
Our assigned team members, backed by the extensive, dynamic knowledge base are equipped to apply their skills, draw on their creative problem-solving capabilities, and leverage their extensive experience to interpret and act on the insights generated. -
5. Pulse Partnership
On a monthly basis our team performs a comprehensive review of the latest updates provided by our clients - whether it's updated documentation, source code, procedural modifications, or detailed change logs. This crucial information is either synced automatically through our integration systems or delivered by the client, ensuring that the Incleon team is always operating with the most current and complete set of data. The essence of these pulse sessions is not just to catch up on what has changed but to understand how these changes affect our client’s operations and objectives.
Once the new information is collected, the next step is to integrate this fresh knowledge into our existing knowledge base. This process isn't merely about adding new data; it's about enriching our understanding. This continuous cycle of learning and integration is what makes Pulse Partnership sessions a cornerstone of our commitment to being ready when you need us. -
6. Coverage Activation
When you experience that unplanned loss of access to your critical resource you just need to reach out to us. We will step in with a trained resource, familiar with your critical system and intimate with the knowledge that we’ve acquired. Our team will help you transition back to normal operations when you are ready.
