How can I be sure that you' will be available when I need you?

It would not make sense for us to address your resource risk by creating one of our own, so at Incleon we use a multi-tiered resource model. We implement a primary, secondary and tertiary resource structure (approved by you) for each client to ensure service reliability, enhance depth of knowledge and improve response times during critical periods.

How do you keep my information secure?

Incleon deploys best practices in the storage and transmission of your confidential information. This includes encryption and restricted access controls to ensure that only authorized team members have access to your data. If you have specific security control requirements that need to be addressed please discuss them with us.

How do you keep up to date with my changing information?

Where possible we will integrate with your source repositories and receive real time-updates. We will retrain our models and update our documentation based on this new content to ensure our systems remain current. In situations where an integration is not possible we will work with you to schedule updates on a schedule that aligns with the volatility of your information.

What if I need you onsite when my resource becomes unavailable?

Our headquarters is in Toronto, Ontario and our team is located in Canada. Depending on where your offices are located and your requirements we can address your availability needs.
