  • 1. Initial Assessment

    We begin with an in-depth initial assessment meeting where one of our senior engineers reviews the related software code, technology stack and the available documentation.

    We’ll work with you to determine if a persistent integration is the right approach for your situation. If it is, we’ll configure the appropriate access so that we can ensure that we always have access to the most recent updates.

  • 2. Model Creation

    Next we create a dedicated private environment for your information. We will ingest all the content that you have provided into our AI platform and begin the process of creating your unique knowledge model.

    We will analyze your information line-by-line and also build an insights graph that captures the relationships between every part of your knowledge. This allows us to capture the proper context for each piece of information and to discover new contexts that enrich the model.

  • 3. Model Validation

    We’ll make the platform available to your team while we run tests to ensure that responses comprehensively cover the content provided.

    We will work with your team to update and retrain areas of the model that require refinement. We will identify areas that are missing from the original upload and include them in the training program build process.

  • 5. Training Platform

    Once the model is validated we begin the process of generating additional documentation and training materials. The complete package includes: Overview & Architecture, Configuration Guide, Functional Documentation (API, Data Model, Functions…), Operations and Security Guide, Training Materials and Reference sheets.

  • 6. Platform updates

    As your platform evolves you will be able to update the model and generate new training and documentation items.
